5.18.13

I'm in Minneapolis today and planned to run the Mississippi river this morning.  Unfortunately, the weather was bad.  There were some severe storms here this morning.  My daughter isn't feeling well so I need to stay here and help her.  We moved all of her stuff out of the dorm yesterday so I got a pretty good workout in moving boxes and walking up and down stairs.  I'm not exactly sure how that translates to triathlon training but it was something.  Jeff is racing Ironman Texas today in Houston so I'm taking it easy today and checking in on his progress on-line.  We leave tomorrow afternoon so maybe I can get another crack at the river tomorrow morning.
