Monday is supposed to be a light day to let the legs rest. I have a swim workout to do but that is probably not going to happen today. Alabama plays in the national championship tonight and I will be focused on that. I went to boot camp this morning so I was able to get some core, cardio and strength work in this morning. That will have to do for today. Last week was a step up from what I have been doing for the past few weeks so I am a little more sore and fatigued. I definitely felt it yesterday. We have a group registered for the Grasslands Half Marathon. The race is in late March and should be fun. Link for the race is:
