I started this blog with the intention of documenting my training for my first Half Ironman race in late October of 2012. It was kind of fun keeping track of everything so I decided to keep going. Who knows where this is headed but I will keep the information rolling and see where it goes.

1.25.13 Still Injured
Very frustrating week. Still not working out. I haven't done anything since Monday morning. Whatever this muscle is above my hip is a core muscle that affects anything I do. Hurts to swim, hurts to bike, hurts to run. I may try to get in a soft 3 miles tonight when I get home. If I can't run, I'm going to have to walk. I need to do something. The down time is killing me.
