2.27.13

It's a double workout day today.  I swam 2400 yards this morning at the CARC.  Fast swim today.  My arms seemed a little fatigued from the get go.  It didn't seem to affect my speed too much but I just didn't feel right all morning.  Tonight, I rode the trainer for an hour.  10 minute warm up and 4x (5 minutes moderate, 5 minute recovery), followed by 10 minute cool down.  I run again in the morning with a new tempo run that I haven't seen from Jeff before.  Should be interesting.
