My stomach wasn't feeling good this morning and I wasn't able to get going as quickly as I needed. I was supposed to do 8 miles and ended up truncating the run back to 7 miles to get to work on time. We were due for bad thunderstorms all afternoon so I had to run in the morning. 1 mile warm up, 3 miles at half marathon pace, 2 miles at 10k pace and a cool down mile. I felt really good but was a little pressured to get through the run. I was able to hold the 10k pace comfortably under 9 minute miles. I wasn't tapped out from the Wednesday work so that was good.
