I started this blog with the intention of documenting my training for my first Half Ironman race in late October of 2012. It was kind of fun keeping track of everything so I decided to keep going. Who knows where this is headed but I will keep the information rolling and see where it goes.

5.23.14 Little bit of Everything
Swam in the morning and picked out a 2500 yard workout. Shoulders were still a little sore but was able to finish without much trouble. Still in recovery mode after the 4000 on Wednesday. In the afternoon, I did a quick brick. 30 minutes on the bike and a 10 minute run.
