I started this blog with the intention of documenting my training for my first Half Ironman race in late October of 2012. It was kind of fun keeping track of everything so I decided to keep going. Who knows where this is headed but I will keep the information rolling and see where it goes.

5.21.14 Swim
Fairly significant swim for me today. I decided to just swim the distance or close to it. I went 4000 yards which is about 200 short of the 2.4 miles. My shoulders were sore after the fact. I think I need a little more strength in that area but I'm happy to know what it feels like. Didn't ride the bike because of issues at work so I missed one this week.
