5.24.14 Bike/Run Brick

Plan was for four hours today with a 30 minute run brick.  I went a little long on the bike and covered 73 miles.  I was shooting for 80 but was ready to come in and run.  I felt really strong during the ride and was hitting 20mph into the slight headwind without difficulty.  The brick was tough.  Really made me think about how hard the 26 miles will be at the race.  Daunting.
