I started this blog with the intention of documenting my training for my first Half Ironman race in late October of 2012. It was kind of fun keeping track of everything so I decided to keep going. Who knows where this is headed but I will keep the information rolling and see where it goes.

Track Run 3.26.13
First day back after Grasslands. Sunday I was pretty trashed. My legs were pretty tired. I slept alot on Saturday night and Sunday night. I was going to swim on Monday morning but I just couldn't get going on Monday morning. I decided the rest was more important. This morning the wind chills were in the 20s so I decided to run this evening at the track. Jeff gave me a little bit of speed work to do tonight. I definitely was still in recovery mode.
