I started this blog with the intention of documenting my training for my first Half Ironman race in late October of 2012. It was kind of fun keeping track of everything so I decided to keep going. Who knows where this is headed but I will keep the information rolling and see where it goes.

3.27.13 Swim/Bike
I got up this morning and went to the CARC for my swim workout. Seems like it's been a month since I got in the water. I felt really good from a swimming perspective. My foot cramped towards the end of the workout so my body may be a little jacked up from Grasslands. Lots of kick board and speed work today. 2300 yards in about 55 minutes. I am supposed to ride the bike tonight for 70 minutes. It may be a trainer night. I might be a little late getting home from work and my daughter (home for spring break) wants to go eat at Fuzzy's tonight. Looks like the weather is finally beginning to warm up a bit. I have had it with 30 degree mornings.
