Me and Joe again today for the Sunday trail run. Matrix is somewhere in India this week. We ran to the chair at the lake bottom and back. It was about the same route as last week. We took the more difficult return route today. The one way back to the trailhead is really rocky and steep in sections. I felt ok for the first half of the run but didn't really have it on the return trip home. There will be days like this. The weather was great for December. It was in the sixties this morning. A little humid but the run was really nice. We covered right at 8 miles in one hour and 37 minutes. Didn't really push the pace too much and kept it comfortable. I am at almost 860 miles running for the year. Looks like 900 is in reach for the year.
