I started this blog with the intention of documenting my training for my first Half Ironman race in late October of 2012. It was kind of fun keeping track of everything so I decided to keep going. Who knows where this is headed but I will keep the information rolling and see where it goes.

4.21.14 Swim
A rest day of sorts with only a swim on the agenda. 2500 yards this morning with 400-500 of the yards using the kickboard which slows me down some. My legs feel good after the swim. Pool was really crowded and I had to wait 10 minutes or so for a lane and then everyone left at the same time. Go figure. Really felt good in the water again today. I hope Shelby starts the open water swims at Lake Grapevine soon.
