I started this blog with the intention of documenting my training for my first Half Ironman race in late October of 2012. It was kind of fun keeping track of everything so I decided to keep going. Who knows where this is headed but I will keep the information rolling and see where it goes.

4.18.14 Swim Bike
Fairly easy day, one hour in the water this morning. I was supposed to back that up with an easy 30 minute bike ride. I didn't really have enough time to do both together so I had to split the workouts. I followed the 2500 yard workout in my plan. Finished right at the hour mark. Arms were a little sore today. I have been trying to swim a little harder this week. The 30 minutes on the bike was real easy. No push at all. Just knocked our 15 minutes and came back home.
